Pricing, upgrading, and canceling

The free plan

Your first 5 receipts are free, with full features. No card, no trial timer. A counter on the dashboard shows how many you have used.

The subscription

Unlimited receipts cost $50 per year. One subscription covers both the web app and the iOS app. It includes:

  • AI receipt parsing
  • Reimbursement tracking and Quick Reimburse
  • Yearly Tax Report PDFs
  • Phone camera upload via QR
  • Email forwarding
  • Custom categories
  • Full data export, CSV plus receipts

How to subscribe

Click Upgrade on the dashboard counter, or Subscribe for unlimited in Settings. Payment runs through Stripe checkout. Tripl never sees your card number.

Manage or cancel

Go to Settings, then Account & Subscription, and click Manage subscription. That opens the Stripe billing portal where you can update your card, view invoices, or cancel.

If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. Settings shows the exact date. After that, your data stays intact and exportable. You just cannot add receipts beyond the free 5.

Common questions

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. You keep access until your paid period ends, and after that your expenses and receipts remain viewable and exportable.

Does one subscription cover the iOS app?

Yes. Web and iOS share the same account and the same subscription.

Is there a monthly plan or a free trial?

The subscription is yearly, $50 per year. There is no trial timer. Instead, your first 5 receipts are free for as long as you like.
